Run/Dance for your favourite charity and keep your fitness focused over Christmas! We would love to get a group together to take part in the nonsuch 10k run on Sunday 3rd February 2013! The training schedule will incorporate a night of ZUMBA, a group run on Sundays and a little bit of extra ‘what you fancy’ during the week. Training will officially start the week commencing 9th December – but if you’ve never run before, don’t worry! To build up a ‘running base’ you can follow the beginners schedule starting next week!!
